报告摘要：In this talk, I will cover some issues on solvation and binding modeling. First, I will present our newly developed Eulerian solvent excluded surface and the coarse grid Poisson Boltzmann solver. Second, I will talk about our work on solvation modeling and prediction. Third, I will give some perspective on the study of the protein ligand binding phenomena.
