Workshop on Multi-Stoch09

　

The second Multi-Stoch workshop on computational problems in material sciences will be held at Suzhou University. The first workshop in July 2009 at Peking University resulted in the great attention to the problems of multiple scale and of multi-disciplinary. The second workshop will bring leading scientists in mechanics, physics and chemistry together for future academic exchanges.

The themes of the workshop cover computational and mathematical problems arising from material sciences and related areas. Recent developments in these areas will be surveyed and future trends will be discussed to foster collaborations of scientists from various disciplines.
